
Ph.D. works at the Aarhus Center in Ashgabat as a public relations consultant and is an expert on renewable energy sources.
For more than 5 years he headed the Department of Wind and Solar Complexes at the Institute of Solar Energy of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan. He worked for 5 years as the chief engineer of the Scientific and Industrial Corporation “GYUN” of the Ministry of Energy and Industry of Turkmenistan, for 3 years as the Administrator of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, as the head of the laboratory of concentrating systems at the Scientific and Production Association “GYUN” of the Academy of Sciences for 13 years.
