Economic Society “Ynamly Egindesh” supports youth in Mary Velayat

As part of its mission, the organization implements strategies to support and encourage young people to reach their full potential. The organization’s staff consists of trainers with international experience in business, leadership, and management. They are dedicated to sharing their expertise with the local community.

Recently, the organization successfully conducted three training sessions for residents of the Mary region, primarily targeting youth. These sessions aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge of legislation and promote entrepreneurial thinking.

The first session, held on September 6th, focused on business legislation, registration procedures, and idea management. Participants gained valuable insights that will help them successfully start, operate, and grow their businesses. Mrs. Leyla Toylyyeva, with her vast experience in organizational management, led the training session.

On September 7th, the second training session was held under the title “Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence Development, and Leadership Skills”. The aim of the session was to enhance essential soft skills, helping participants develop self-awareness and problem-solving skills. Additionally, participants learned how to develop qualities necessary for leading and inspiring others in future business endeavors.

Mrs. Tachnabat Annamuradova led the training, having expertise in emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and leadership development. Both trainers, Mrs. Leyla Toylyyeva and Mrs. Tachnabat Annamuradova, are participants in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), whose goal is to establish long-term relationships between American and Turkmen leaders, business people, academics, and other professionals.

On September 8th, the third training session entitled “Fundamentals of Communication and Public Relations: How to Analyze Information” took place. During this event, participants discussed various topics related to effective communication, branding, strategy development, enhancing company image, and digital marketing techniques. Mr. Serdar Agayev, who has a PhD in Economics and graduated from the prestigious Fulbright program, facilitated the training.

This initiative by the “Ynamly Egindesh” Economic Society is an excellent example of how local professionals are working together to support government policies that benefit young people and encourage active citizenship. Their efforts aim to create a generation of individuals who will make a significant contribution to the growth and success of their country.
